The miniature hats within the ROSEBUD collection are re-creations of Harriet Rosebud's full size
designs, serving as tributes to the African-American woman and her hats.
Each miniature hat is made of original materials such as felt, straw, and sinamay with adornments
in feathers, silk, satin, sequins, and beading. Each hat comes with a mannequin head (up to 6" H)
in its own hat box with a storyline hang tag.
